Until when can I place an order?

All preorders must be placed within the deadline of order (DOO) and paid within the deadline of payment (DOP) in order for us to set the product’s final and total quantity to be ordered.

Deadline of Order (DOO), Deadline of Payment (DOP) and other details are found on the product description of the product page.

Due to some preorder items getting sold out before the end of preorder period, we advise our customers to place your order and settle the payment as soon as possible in order to successfully secure your slot.

All unpaid preorders are cancelled after the deadline of order, and will be charged with cancellation fee of ₱100 per item.

 

I've already sent my proof of payment. When will you confirm it?

Due to the number of messages that we receive daily, kindly wait 3 to 5 business days for us to confirm your payment. 

 

How soon can I receive the item?

FOR K-POP MERCH:

Once production is done and our supplier has shipped the items to our KR address, the goods are shipped by sea and usually arrive after 6 to 8 weeks. Your order will be ready for dispatch 3-4 days after we have conducted an inventory check.

 

We will do our best to have your orders dispatched as soon as possible.

 

What are my shipping options?

Can I combine the shipment of my items?

 

Yes, you can combine the shipment of your orders provided that (1) the total number of items will not exceed two items; (2) the items have the same ETA; and (3) the items are from the same country of origin. It will also depend on the weight of the items that you're going to combine.

 

We can't combine the shipment of a pre-order item with an on-hand item.

 

Please take note that if you check out items with different ETAs, we will automatically split your order as we can't do combined shipping for those items. Separate shipping fees shall apply.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the receipt of order confirmation. If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window, and you still wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of ₱100 will be charged per item.

 

Can I change my delivery/shipping details?

Yes. Kindly message us if you wish to amend your shipping details. However, kindly take note that you must inform us before we start packing your order. Failure to inform us will not make us liable for incorrect shipping details. In case that the item was returned to us, you shall shoulder the shipping fee.

 

My package got Return to Sender (RTS), what should I do?

We will charge another shipping fee before we ship your package. Please be reminded that it will take weeks, sometimes months, before we receive your package. We will only ship it once the following conditions are fulfilled: (i) the package is already with us, and (ii) you have already settled another shipping fee.
