SECTION 1. Preorder Reservation

When placing a preorder for Eri Shoppe Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.

Eri Shoppe shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending us a message through the comment section of your order page.

You acknowledge and agree that Eri Shoppe may decline or delay preorders to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

SECTION 2. Priority

Eri Shoppe will order from their Supplier the total quantity of preorders received during preorder period. In the event that the Supplier is unable to fulfill the ordered quantity in its totality, preorders will be fulfilled on first payment - first serve basis.

SECTION 3. Payment

You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the preorder. If Eri Shoppe is unable to fulfill your preorder under any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances - Eri Shoppe shall process a full refund to you.

SECTION 4. Purchase Price

The purchase price ("Price") at the point that the preorder was made is fixed and locked and will be the sole basis for price considerations should a need for exchange of item or refund arises from a cancelled preorder.

SECTION 5. Delivery Schedule

Although we will make efforts to ensure that preorders will arrive within the estimated time of arrival (ETA), you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Eri Shoppe does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.

As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated arrival and/or release of the product is not met, Eri Shoppe is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.

SECTION 6. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of submission of your order form. If after the said period you decided to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of P100 PER ITEM will apply.

Preorders are deemed final and may not be canceled by the Customer once the deadline of the order has passed.

In cases where the Customer wants to cancel their ordered item, that has been secured already, a cancelation fee of 50% of the price of the ordered item will apply.

In the event that Eri Shoppe cancels your preorder, you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price without interest and free from any processing fees.

SECTION 7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Eri Shoppe be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement. In the event Eri Shoppe is held liable for any damages arising out of or related to this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

SECTION 8. Terms and Conditions of Sale

The current Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Preorder Terms and Conditions can be found in the footer and customer care section of our website and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order on our website, your purchase are bound by these agreement.

SECTION 9. Customer Information

We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10. Changes to the Terms

Eri Shoppe reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
