  • No unboxing video = No Return/Exchange
  • Missing/incomplete inclusions for UNSEALED ITEMS are eligible for replacement, provided that you have an unboxing video of your order, starting from the unwrapping of the outer packaging (mailer bags, boxes, etc.) to the opening of the item/s itself.
  • We are not liable for missing/incomplete inclusions, as well as damaged inclusions, for SEALED ITEMS.
  • The outer case is for the protection of the item/s; scratches, dents and/or discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning
  • If you received an incorrect sealed/unsealed item, we will ask you to return it to us, provided that it’s in their original condition.
  • We will send the correct order (shipping fee shouldered by us) once we received the returned item/s.
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable
  • Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item (i.e. Shipping) shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are (i) incomplete/missing item/s or (ii) different from the ones you ordered.
  • Refunds are made to you in form of Store Credit or GCash, free of charge.
  • Exchange requests are currently not available.
